The 7th IEEE Middle East & North Africa COMMunications Conference (IEEE MENACOMM 2027) will be held on 1–3 December 2027 at the Université Marie et Louis Pasteur — Montbéliard, France.

IEEE MENACOMM 2027 will take place in an inspiring academic, industrial, and cultural environment, offering a rich program of technical sessions, workshops, keynote speeches, networking opportunities, social events, and community engagement activities designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange.

Under the theme "Intelligent Communications: Connecting Networks, Data, and Society," the conference explores the convergence of advanced communication technologies, artificial intelligence, and intelligent networking systems.
